Subscriptions

Subscription is a tariff plan and offer connected from a certain date and allowing the subscriber to use a set of content included in the tariff plan for a certain period of time. The list of subscriptions can be found on the "Subscriptions" tab in the "Billing" section. It is presented in the form of a table.

A list of all subscribers can be found in the "Subscribers" section.

Subscriptions Filters

There are filters at the top of the subscriptions table:

1. By subscription status:
   • Active
   • Trialing
   • Cancelled (cancelled subscription)
   • Expired (recurrent subscription payment is overdue)
2. By tariff plan. If you have many tariffs, start typing the plan name in the filter field to find it faster.
3. By subscription activation date. Here you can specify a period and a list of all subscriptions bought during this period will open. By default, subscriptions for the last month up to and including today are shown.

Subscriptions table

The subscriptions table consists of the following columns.

1. Date - date of subscription activation.
2. Subscriber - name and email of the subscriber.
3. Plan - name of the subscriber's tariff plan.
4. Status - subscription status: active, trial, canceled or expired.

At the bottom of the page there is an option to select the number of entries on one page (1), pagination (2) and a button to return to the beginning of the page (3).
