Electronic Program Guide

The parameters of the channel's electronic program guide are customized in its Add/Edit window on the "EPG" tab.

EPGs can be in different formats. One of the most common is XMLTV, but other formats are also possible, such as JTV, DRE-EPG, etc.
By default, the XMLTV parser is implemented on the platform to recognize the format. For other formats it is possible to create parsers that will be connected to the platform as plugins, and then they can be selected in the corresponding item.

1. EPG URL - a link to the TV guide.
2. EPG Channel ID - a parameter that can be obtained from the EPG provider or from the EPG file itself. This parameter is especially important if one file contains multiple channels.
3. EPG Time Shift - the delay specified for the broadcasts in the program to show the broadcasts in local time.
4. Duration - the displayed time period that the TV program covers. For example, TV program for 3 days or for 1 week.
5. Period - duration unit from the previous item.
6. Parser - tool for reading the EPG file. Parser for XMLTV format is used by default, but you can create parsers for other formats and connect them to the platform as widgets (plugins).
