Access Logs

The actions of system users (operators, dealers and content owners) are recorded and can be viewed in access logs. You can open them from the operator menu: click on your name at the top right and select "Access Logs" from the drop-down list:

Access logs are presented in the form of a table with a list of user actions. Filters are located at the top of the page:

  1. By period of actions. By default, actions for the last month up to and including today are shown. To define an arbitrary period, click the period, then the first date of the period, and then the last date of the period.
  2. By action type. By default, all types of actions are shown. You can separately choose to show logs of one of the following types:
    • Create
    • Edit
    • Delete
    • Login (the fact of authorization in the system)
    • Logout (logging out of the profile, unlogging).
  3. By users - you can show the actions of an individual user.
  4. By resource id or IP of the user who performed the action.
    The resource ID is automatically entered in the window of editing a particular object in the system - for example, content (channel, video), user, tariff, etc.:
    resid.png In this way, you can find all actions related to a certain object.

The action table consists of the following columns:

  1. Date and time when the action was performed.
  2. User (name and login).
  3. Action - what exactly was performed.
  4. Resource - the system object on which the action was performed.
  5. IP address of the person who performed the action.
  6. Details: by clicking on the icon eye you can see the id of the resource:

At the bottom of the page there is an option to select the number of entries on one page (1), pagination (2) and a button to return to the beginning of the page (3).
