Suboperators¶
Sub-operators are subsidiaries of the operator, intermediaries between subscribers and the main operator. Sub-operators can also hire their own sub-operators and dealers, forming a funnel-like structure of work with subscribers and content.
Sub-operators can be added and edited in the “Operators” section of the operator menu. To get to it, click on your name at the top right and select the penultimate item in the list:
This section contains the list of sub-operators, here you can add new sub-operators and fill their accounts with content.
The scheme of working with sub-operators is as follows: you add a sub-operator company and give access to its main user. After the company is created, you can fill its account with content and, if necessary, make other account settings (add other users, tariffs, subscribers, etc.), or the sub-operator can do it himself.
Sub-operators have the ability to edit the sources of only the content they have added themselves.
To add a sub-operator, click .
The Add Sub-operator window will open:
- Name of the sub-operator company.
- First Name of the primary user.
- Last Name of the primary user.
- E-mail of the primary user (login).
- License - here you can insert the text of your license agreement.
- Clone Data from Parent Operator - transfer all content from the parent operator account to the sub-operator account.
Once the data is saved, the sub-operator is added to the list. Click on the action menu on the right to log in to his account:
Inside the account, under “Users” in the operator menu, add a password for this user. To do this, go to the “Users” section in the operator menu:
Then click on the action menu to the right of the user, select “Change Password”:
You can add content and make other customizations just as you would in your account.
